Terms & Conditions Serubet – Platform Terms of Use

1.1 Age Requirement

Serubet is a platform restricted to users aged 18 years and above only. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement set in their country or region. Serubet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate the account of any user found to be under 18 years of age.

1.2 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on Serubet. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and freezing of funds without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, email address, and valid date of birth.

1.3 Personal Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your Serubet account is accurate and up to date. Serubet is not liable for any losses or complications arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the user at registration or thereafter.

• Name must match exactly as shown on your MyKad or valid passport.
• The phone number must be an active, reachable Malaysian number.
• The email address must be active and able to receive verification emails.
• Bank account details must belong to the registered user only.

2.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Serubet accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• ShopeePay – instant deposit
• DuitNow – instant deposit via QR or phone number

2.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit at Serubet is RM20 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and account verification level. Serubet reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.

2.3 User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into Serubet are from legitimate sources. Serubet reserves the right to request proof of source of funds where required for compliance purposes. Any deposit suspected to originate from illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.1 Withdrawal Process

Serubet processes withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for most standard withdrawals. Funds will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified Malaysian bank account registered under the same user's name.

3.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50 per transaction. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your membership tier and account verification status. Members who have completed full identity verification (KYC) will enjoy higher withdrawal limits.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before making a withdrawal, users must fulfil the wagering requirements associated with any bonuses received. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or eWallet registered in the same name as the Serubet account. Serubet reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold while identity verification is in progress.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Serubet's welcome bonus is offered to new members making their first deposit. The bonus amount and percentage depend on the active promotion at the time. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirement

All bonuses awarded by Serubet are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements mean you must wager a specified amount (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable cash. 4.3 General Bonus Terms

5.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered valid once it has been confirmed by the Serubet system and appears in your account betting history. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified, except under circumstances expressly stated in the relevant game rules.

5.2 Sports Betting & E-Sports

For Sports Betting and e-sports on Serubet — including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL), badminton, cricket, and e-sports tournaments such as MPL Malaysia — all betting outcomes are final and based on the official results of the respective event. Serubet is not liable for any format changes or event cancellations made by the organiser.

5.3 Results & Disputes

Serubet reserves the right to void or refund any bet in the event of a technical error, inaccurate odds information, or any exceptional circumstance affecting the integrity of the wager. All decisions made by Serubet's betting team are final in any disputes relating to the platform.

5.4 Fraudulent Conduct

Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated assistance software (bots), collude with other players to cheat, or engage in any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure and freezing of funds without notice. Serubet reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities.

6.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Serubet account password and login credentials. Serubet recommends using a strong password (combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and never sharing your login details with anyone. Any losses resulting from compromised password security are entirely the user's responsibility.

6.2 Prohibited Account Activities

• Registering more than one account.
• Lending or renting your account to another party.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Making transactions using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Using any automated software or tools to manipulate bets.

6.3 Account Closure & Suspension

Serubet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of the relevant authorities. Where an account is terminated due to valid reasons on the user's part, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user through the established process.
